RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your DR.AV SKINCARE online purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the delivery day. If you are returning a set comprised of more than 1 unit, we require all contents from the original package. Partial items from a set will not be refunded. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. However, we will provide a pre-paid label to return the item/s. To initiate your return:

• Contact us by email at sales@dravskincare.com to arrange your free return
• We will email you a Return Merchandise/Exchange form. Fill it out and place it inside the return package
• If your order arrives damaged, please refer to Damaged Items

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the shipping mailer/carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping mailer to show some wear. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, however, please contact us immediately at sales@dravskincare.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
